Herbalife Meal Replacement, Makanan Sihat Ketika Sibuk

My previous entry, info general tentang Nutrisi Seimbang dan Formula 1 Shake Herbalife, I listed 13 groups of people yang perlukan shake Herbalife. 

Produk Herbalife BUKAN khusus untuk kurus sahaja. 13 group manusia lain pun perlukan shake Herbalife. 

Dan harini saya nak sambung elaborate group 12: Orang-orang yang sibuk kerja sampai tak sempat makan. Haaa siapa macam ni?
12. Orang yang mempunyai pekerjaan yang sibuk sehingga tidak sempat makan. Perlu ada Formula 1 Shake stand by sepanjang masa untuk emergency meal. No matter now much you love your job, or how you have no choice in doing continuous work without any meal break, your body still deserve the best meal in the world. It's the only place you live in. So have it stand by all the time k! :)
   
It actually merangkumi semua: Guru, Doktor, Engineer, dan lain-lain. We have all kinds of clients, and most of our clients adalah super busy with their life. They wanted to lose weight, but then they don't have the time and focus to do it (while kalau nak lose weight takde masa takpe tapi our mind kena bagi attention jugak on the effort: Jaga makan, minum air. Without focus, you can't achieve anything in life, including weight loss)

Most of our clients understood that Formula 1 Shake Herbalife adalah NUTRISI SEIMBANG bukan hanya untuk turun berat badan, tetapi juga untuk meal replacement, daily breakfast, perfect meal for busy people, dan sebagainya. Healthy eating - is a habit. You know habit: the thing you will do without thinking, without feeling susah atau ambil masa. When you pray, you pray. You don't think sama ada sempat solat atau tidak. When you sleep, you sleep. You don't think if you wanna sleep or not. When you wanna eat, you eat. Healthy eating, can become a habit. Dan untuk memastikan sesuatu yang baik itu menjadi habit kita, we have to keep it consistent for 90 days. 

Awal-awal mencabar. Tapi bila dah biasa tu, senang jeee. 


MAKANAN SIHAT KETIKA SIBUK

Imagine on the busiest day of your life, you just finished your appointment at 2.45pm, and you have your next appointment on 3pm. Dalam masa 15 minit tu, you obviously have to use that time untuk solat. You have no idea nak makan apa sebab semua kedai lauk dah takde lauk on 3pm. So no nasi for lunch. Kalaulah kita boleh choose untuk ignore that lunch meal tu dan teruskan je appointment 3pm without food. Kalaulah boleh. But you can't! You need the energy. You need calories untuk rasa bertenaga dan menjalankan kerja dengan effective. You body needs the calorie untuk menjalankan kerja-kerja asas dalam badan anda. 

If you wanna consider skipping meal, or perhaps some of you akan kata "I don't skip meals. I take some cookies/coffee/tea/energy drink/etc etc. I don't skip meal, so I have no problem." Waktu ni semua makanan seakan-akan menjerit: Pick Me Up!! Pick Me Up!! Chocolate, high calorie drink, burger, biscuits, instant noodle (nyummm). So it's your choice nak pick up apa. 

So let's look into the details here:


KESAN SKIP MEAL

Kesan Skip Meal #1: Jangka masa panjang akan semakin gemuk/naik berat badan/naik lemak. 

WHATTT?? Scary nya!! Dahla kelaparan, skip meal, last-last makin berlemak. 

WHY?



(Please don't compare skipping meals with puasa. It's totally different thing)

A) Craving Fat and Sugar

Bila kita skip meal, kita akan lebih teringin dan bernafsu untuk makan benda berlemak, bergula tinggi, berbanding bila kita makan breakfast lunch dinner yang seimbang. So bila portion makanan kita lebih berlemak bila skip meals, walaupun kita berlapar most of the time sebab tak makan, kita tetap akan mengembang unhealthily. 

Perasan tak bila kita tengah lapar sangat-sangat, kita akan sangat teringin dan paling teringin chocolate. Oh mai sedapnyaa chocolate time-time lapar. In my case, time dah lapar sangat sangat, mesti aku terbayang Milo. Oh mai maiii. 



"It is thought that when we skip meals, our gut releases hormones that act on the orbital frontal cortex, priming it to steer our thoughts towards sugary and fatty treats. While this might make sense in times of famine, when it is essential to get as many calories as possible, when food is plentiful, it could lead to us eating more than is good for us."

‘Beware of going for long periods without eating because you are going to crave high-calorie foods much more because of changes in how your orbital frontal cortex works.’ 

So basically, badan kita design untuk respond kepada hunger the safe way. As stated above, badan kita bersedia untuk respond kepada "Famine". Bila kita skip meal, kita akan teringin high calorie food, supaya badan kita tak sakit. It needs calorie to live healthily. and in most of our case, we didn't skip meals because of famine. We skip meal on a daily basis because of our busy urban life. And skipping meals consistently will change the way our brain work. We will consistently teringin makan benda high calorie. 

B) Kita mula develop habit 'Binging', a.k.a makan pada kuantiti yang sangat banyak sekali makan.

According to the National Institutes of Health, skipping meal akan membuatkan kita semakin lapar pada masa makan seterusnya. And it could cause us to eat more calories that you would normally have. Sometimes double or triple calories.

C) Skip meals menyebabkan metabolisma badan terganggu. Tanpa supply calorie yang baru, badan kita akan bertukar kepada 'starvation mode' untuk simpan tenaga. Causing out next meal isn't burned off very efficiently. and cause weight gain kalau berlaku hari-hari. Pendekkan cerita je. Panjang sangat explanation nya.

Kesan Skip Meal #2: Letih, kurang tenaga, kurang effektif. 

Skipping meal menyebabkan our blood sugar levels jatuh menjunam. Kekurangan blood sugar level akan memberi kesan pada setiap organ dalam badan kita. Causing tired and the feeling of unwell. (I really hate the feelings. I guess everyone pernah rasa benda ni kan?)



Kesan Skip Meal #3: Moody 

Jadi this calorie deprive thing mula memberi kesan pada otak kita. Without a steady supply of nutrients, minda dan emosi kita mula terganggu. Mulala rasa moody, cepat rasa annoyed, rimas. I don't know about guys, tapi aku tahu perempuan kalau lapar, memang emosi tak stabil sangat. 





Kesan Skip Meal #4: Kurang Nutrisi 

Kekurangan kalorie, kurang makan, akan menyebabkan kurang nutrisi. Kurang nutrisi menyebabkan our overall health terganggu. Sebab sel, perlukan nutrients untuk terus sihat. Sel membentuk tisu, tisu membentuk organ, organ membentuk sistem badan. 

So the simple Math - you skip meal, you are not feeding your cells. And don't do that to our body please. As much as your pet need to eat the right food, your plants need to be watered with clean water, and your car perlukan servis yang baik untuk pakai lama, badan anda pun perlukan attention yang sama. 

"Tapi saya tak skip meal. Saya makan je apa-apa yang ada."

So now. "Eh saya tak skip meal!! Kalau saya sibuk saya akan pastikan saya makan something jugak. Biskut ke, kopi ke, mee segera ke."

MEE SEGERA OKEY!!!! *coach nangis*


One of our customer, explained to us how her busy life is everyday. Dia hanya boleh berhenti untuk lunch break pada jam 3 atau 4 petang. Waktu tu apakah jenis makanan yang ada? She listed down....

Mamak.
Instand Noodle.
McDonald/KFC dan seangkatan dengannya. 

So since she's too tired to walk around already (and she's underweight, so kalau lapar tu macam nak pengsan je rasa), instant noodle is always her choice dalam keadaan terpaksa. Terpaksa- because she's too tired to look for food, and too hungry to delay her meal. *nangiss* 

Or some of us would just pick up carbonated drink or coffee untuk boost energy sementara nak tunggu next meals. 


Get a perfect meal replacement untuk anda yang sangat sibuk. Say NO to Skipping Meals! Say NO to makan tak sihat!

Come on guys and girls!! It's about time to change all our excuses into efforts!

Think about it this way, either you change your habit and prepare a healthy fast food solution. Create a habit. Make your "Pick Me Up" meal for emergency. OR, you can live the way you are living now, being busy, ignoring your health, and skipping meals, and then you solve your health issue later. So it's either solve now, or solve later. Either one, you have to solve it one day. 

So picture this.

You have no choice. You have to start eating healthily. Herbalife ataupun tidak - you can still choose. I am not gonna say you must take Herbalife shake. I only say you MUST MUST MUST decide to change your habit, mentally prepared to face your busy life, and put extra effort to change your habit. STOP COMPLAINING, because your current job is your choice right? And if you are not happy about it, either you change your job, (oh no!! I can't do that!), or you change your mind. And then SMILEEEE :D

CHOICE 1: Set 30 min to 1 hour a day, tak kisahlah awal bagi bangun awal, atau pun bila-bila depends on your resting time, untuk menyediaan makanan untuk bawak bekalan kerja. Maybe you have to wake up early, or maybe you have to give up your scrolling the Facebook/Instagram time, and prepare yourself some good food for the whole day. 

Masakla benda simple atau complicated, atau mungkin just a simple sandwich. Guna roti purple yang paling Low Glycemix Index tu because trust me that purple bread taste really bad but it keeps you full for a longer period of time hahah! Rasa guilty but I have to be honest it tasted bad wahaha.

(Oh no. You don't understand my life. I am living an extremely busy life and I really DON'T HAVE TIME TO DO THAT!! You don't understand!!)

Chill. 

Then that leads you to the 2nd choice.

I am a very simple person. So my solution, even to myself, adalah sangat simple. 

I have a very big handbag. It kinda solve all my problem: Baju anak, pampers, even Formula 1 Shake, Teamix, Aloe Concentrate, Shaker Cup untuk buat shake, all in my handbag. Hehe. Mary Poppin sangat.


Tak masuk lagi sebelah tangan bawak botol air 1L atau 2L. 

I don't care if I have to carry everything, I do care if I started feeling low energy, or moody. I hate those situations, especially when I can do something about it but I didn't.

Aku pemalas jadi aku memang bawak 1 canister shake tu terus. Dan 9 tahun dah minum shake Herbalife. Otak kite dah jadi simple yang penting dapat shake.

Bibik aku rajin sikit, kalau keluar die akan asingkan formula 1 shake tu dalam bekas tupperware yang lebih kecil. Dalam half size canister F1 tu. Bibik tak buat untuk aku. Bibik buat untuk shake anak-anak je. Sob sob.

One last thing, kalau tak berjaya apply minggu ni, jangan stress, jangan marah-marah, yang paling penting jangan give up.
