Bila kata nak jaga makan demi anak-anak, kali ni memang literally jaga makan demi anak 🥲
Sejak beberapa bulan lepas, anak asyik menangis bila lihat muka saya...
Rupanya sebab...
Ammar ni memang cepat risau dan once dia risau, dia tak boleh nak bring himself out of his worry. Every lines on my face buat dia nangis. Tidur malam pun kadang2 susah sebab sobbing waktu tidur, takut Mama mati cepat. 😭 autism and anxiety memang linked together.
Lagi sakit hati tu, dia keep on cakap Papa nampak muda je kenapa Mama je makin tua. 😭😭😭
So imagine me gaining weight and looking ‘older’ sebab risau pasal Ammar. Lepas tu Ammar pun nangis hari2 sebab risau pasal Mama 😂 adoiii berpusing lah cycle tu. i have to put an end to that cycle because I have a choice. Ammar tak boleh regulate lagi.
Lepas dah lose weight ni, Ammar dah tak tegur muka Mama penat, tua, stress. 😂
Things I did the past 2 months to regain my health :
1) makan ikut mealplan SuriKurus yang mmg confirm effective tu 🥰✨😍
2) manage my stress through cutting additional sugar. Kali ni tak ambik walau sikit pun sbb I could feel my body feeling sicker by the second with additional sugar, walaupun tak lebih kalori. 🤢
3) focusing on my GUT HEALTH with Suri Kurus Gut Protocol
4) discipline with my strength workout 3x seminggu
5) HYDRATE!!
Lose weight is just the bonus. Losing body ailments is the major win here. MashaAllah. Thank you Ammar tegur Mama 🥹💜💜💜
Jom jaga makan dan kesihatan dengan Suri Kurus Herbalife! 😍
